This pivotal role focuses on safe and efficient transport of goods, reflecting our commitment to exemplary service delivery and client satisfaction. Our drivers are essential to maintaining the high standards Hogan1 is known for and are critical in our logistics and supply chain operations. Safely operating a tractor-trailer/truck to deliver goods and cargo to various locations. Performing pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections on equipment and ensure compliance with all safety regulations. Managing routes and schedules effectively to maximize productivity and adhere to time commitments. Maintaining communication with dispatch and following real-time advice and instructions. Keeping accurate logs of working hours and vehicle service status, complying with federal and state regulations. Handling the loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring all contents are securely fastened during transport. Proficient in operating a commercial vehicle including trailers. Knowledge of electronic equipment required for logging hours and vehicle maintenance. Strong time management and customer service skills. Ability to read and interpret safety and traffic rules, road signs, and maps. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A). Must have a clean driving record. DOT medical card.
