Job Description Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in ensuring the safe and efficient towing of vehicles using a two car light/medium duty flatbed. Position also requires ability to help manage vehicle inventory on our yard using a Light Duty (F450/Ram 4500/5500) Self Loader/Wheel Lift. This role requires excellent driving skills, including the ability to operate two car flatbed tow trucks and/or Self Loader/Wheel Lift Tow Truck. Driver's experience should be at skill level that they can can safely, properly move 8-10 vehicles (two at time) between our Dayton/KY locations and our West Chester location per 8 hours (lots are approx. 30 miles one way). This level of production can easily be met if you have the requisite operational experience and can maintain a consistent, reasonable pace over the course of your shift. Duties Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles Load and unload vehicles with care, ensuring no damage occurs during the process. Conduct routine inspections on tow truck to ensure optimal performance. Communicate effectively with management. Maintain accurate records of services performed and any incidents that occur during towing operations. Qualifications Proven experience with a flatbed/wheel lift tow truck. Good driving record with no major violations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in high-pressure situations Achieve or Exceed team safety score as reported through Fleet Dash Cameras Hours 10 Hour Shift M-F 8am-6pm Daytime 10 Hours Shift SU-TR 11pm-9am Nights (2) Mandatory OT Days Per Month (You will know which days well in advance of start of each month)
