Job Description:
Cumberland Farms, affectionately known as 'Cumby's,' invites
applications for the role of Store Manager at our various
locations. As a pivotal component of our operations, the Store
Manager will ensure the seamless functioning of the store, uphold
our commitment to customer convenience, and maintain the high
standards that Cumby’s is renowned for. This role demands a dynamic
leader who is adept at multitasking, managing a diverse team, and
driving sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies
and procedures. Manage and motivate staff to achieve sales targets
and maintain high customer service standards. Handle scheduling,
training, and performance evaluations of team members. Ensure the
store’s cleanliness and visual merchandising standards are top
notch. Manage inventory, order stock and supplies while handling
budget and payroll to maximize profitability. Address customer
complaints and issues promptly and professionally. Implement
marketing strategies and promotions to increase footfall and sales.
Ensure safety procedures are followed to safeguard staff and
customers. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage
budgets and financial plans Effective problem-solving and
decision-making capabilities Experience in retail management
software and point of sale (POS) systems Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification in Retail Management
(optional but beneficial) Food Safety Certification (depending on
state requirements)
