Maintenance Technician $25-$35

Manpower's client in Greenville, Ohio is looking for hardworking, motivated maintenance technicians to join their team to support machine repairs and a variety of customers in a fast-paced environment with a company large enought to offer you room to grow but not so large you become "just a number." - -Don't wait...apply today! -
What's the Job?

• 
  
• Complete projects with minimal guidance showing a proactive attitude to minimizing equipment with downtime and lost production capability
  
• Troubleshoot mechanical devices in operation. - Dismantle and examine devices to gain access to and remove defective parts. - Adjust, repair, or replace defective parts. -
  
• Set up -and operate shop machinery such as drill press, grinders, band saws, cutting torch, welder, etc. Use hand tools and pneumatic tools to modify or repair parts and equipment. - -
  
• Install new or repair/modify electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment as needed
  
• Improve reliability and up-time of all equipment. - Take a proactive approach to equipment issues with a preventive maintenance mentality. -
  
  What's Needed?
  
  • 
    
  • Technical Degree preferred, but willing to count years of experience
    
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a maintenance/production/electrical environment
    
  • Requires the ability to safely operate a wide variety of tools such as hand tools, power tools, drill press, band saw, welder, cutting torch, etc. -
    
  • Must have knowledge of mechanical systems including gear boxes, motors, air compressors, pumps, AC, DC, drive troubleshooting, etc. -
    
  • Must be able to navigate electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprints for planning and troubleshooting
