Description: Lead, Electrical Engineering (Radiation Effects

Description: We are seeking a dynamic Radiation Effects Engineer,
with specialized knowledge in reviewing/testing of EEE parts for
radiation related performance and quality against contractual
requirements established by customer specifications to join our
L3Harris Specialty Engineering team in Mason, Ohio. The successful
candidate will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to conduct
testing and theoretical analysis to determine the physical behavior
of parts in a space radiation environment and advise the projects
on the proper part selection. While this position will have no
direct reports, the Radiation Engineer may oversee activities of
technicians and other engineers for specific tasks. Essential
