Job Description:
Marketing Manager: Analyze and evaluate sales reports, using them to develop
reasonable annual and quarterly sales forecasts to the management team;
build and manage cross-functional relationships with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) brands
to achieve drive new projects for retail sales, promotions, trade shows and international
events; understand marketing display hardware products, from design
to manufacturing, planning and implementing projects within a motor/dealer network; keep abreast of online sales and marketing
trends and lead discussions with the marketing team in order to develop new strategies;
utilize web and digital analytical tools to optimize the target audience experience; generate and
convert leads; and shape the company's digital marketing strategies that drive traffic to
stores and digital properties including external marketplaces and global e-commerce website and
integrations; evaluate advertising and propose effective trade promotion programs; develop field sales
action plans; discover promotional opportunities by ascertaining consumer requirements,
identifying market trends, determining system improvements and implementing changes, if
needed; ensure product marketability and profitability by establishing pricing
strategies and monitoring costs versus results; manage and drive optimization of our based b2b
(business to business) and b2c (business to consumer) demand generation/marketing programs and
implementation; support SEO strategies by understanding keyword priorities and how they
integrate into content marketing plans; hold responsibility over the company's brand management
and corporate identity; monitor and evaluate social media results on a weekly basis with the
marketing team, in coordination with company goals and benchmarks; foster innovation in team,
products and processes to meet the current and future needs of the marketplace; responsible for
the successful launch of products and financial performance of the company's product portfolio in
the retail motorcycle and auto parts industry; develop and maintain campaign performance
reports, tracking and program analysis; assist in the evaluation of new functionality and
e-commerce tools for their feasibility and impact to the business; lead the development and execution
of customer communication channels that are aligned with overall merchandising strategy
and continually working to improve performance metrics and deepen customer relationships;
support a strategic customer contact strategy that is designed to enhance customer lifetime
value and foster customer retention; leverage data, plan, execute, and optimize digital
marketing campaigns to increase ROI and stay within budget; conduct research and seek out more
effective processes to continuously improve existing marketing campaigns and programs;
forecast annual sales goals to increase revenue, make plans for the company to meet the goals
and amending plans and goals when company is not performing to expectations; examine and
review marketing technology solutions to identify tools that will improve our demand, brand
awareness and ROI (return on investment); implement consultative marketing strategies by
gaining a deep understanding of each OEM manufacturer's campaign strategy, message, and goals,
and determining where we can achieve maximum impact; monitor market/industry developments for
changing paradigms, emerging trends and their impact on our products, market share
and competitive positions with respect to the motorcycle and carbon fiber composite industry;
develop a marketing plan for the company's products for the marketing team to implement,
including key activities and budgets; communicate with company management on project development, team
performance, marketing plan timelines, and impacts on sales results. Requirements: High school diploma. 42 months of experience in
the position offered or in sales or marketing of motorcycle OEM
parts and supplies. There will be extensive travel from CVG or CMH
within the US and international travel 3-4 times/year to attend trade shows and visit
manufacturers. Job requires 40 hours per week. Job is located in
