Job Description Job Description QuickPro Staffing is seeking Press Operators in the Springfield, Ohio area to operate automatic, transfer, and robotic stamping presses in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a 1st shift position with a consistent weekday schedule and overtime opportunities. Shift Schedule: 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30pm to 2:00am Overtime: Fridays and some Saturdays as required Key Responsibilities: Operate automatic, transfer, and robotic stamping presses Set up jobs based on daily production schedules using Plex set-up sheets Enter production data into Plex, including downtime events, scrap activity, and inventory transactions Follow packaging instructions as outlined in Plex and report missing or unclear instructions to supervision Perform required quality inspections and accurately document results Report issues with presses, tooling, feed lines, fixtures, or auxiliary equipment to supervisors or management Maintain a clean and organized work area; return tools to designated shadow boards Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards at all times Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Prior press experience in a manufacturing environment Basic computer skills and data entry experience Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation Physical Requirements: Frequent bending, stooping, stretching, and prolonged standing Ability to lift up to 25 lbs continuously throughout an 8-hour shift Requires normal vision, hearing, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity
