Production Workers Needed! Exciting news! Mancan is teaming up with
a Coshocton Employee-Owned manufacturing company, and we're on the
lookout for dedicated Production Workers to join our expanding
team. Key Details: - Training Phase: Initially, you'll undergo
training on a rotating day shift (7-3, then 5-3) before
transitioning to either 2nd (3-11pm) or 3rd (11pm-7am) shift. The
shift will be chosen for you. - Flexibility Required: Must be
available to work 7 days a week when work demands and able to
adjust hours as needed. - Overtime Opportunities: Expect overtime
and be prepared to work two hours earlier or later as required. -
Pay Rate: During training, earn $17.51 per hour, increasing to
$17.97 per hour upon moving to the 2nd or 3rd shift. Job
Requirements: - High School Diploma/GED - 3-5 years of
manufacturing experience, preferably in a production/manufacturing
facility - Proficiency with industrial and mechanical equipment -
Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with PLC control systems -
Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic - Physical
fitness for occasional lifting, carrying, and pushing objects up to
100 pounds - Willingness to pursue career advancement opportunities
