Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities Process outbound orders in the Transportation Management System, ensuring accurate ship method, service level, address, and package information. Create, print, and apply shipping labels and required shipment documents, then confirm shipments in the system within required cut-off times. Package orders to company standards using appropriate cartons and protective materials to prevent damage and mis shipments. Verify items and quantities prior to shipment using system documents and established verification steps, escalating exceptions as needed. Stage completed shipments by carrier, route, or priority, maintaining clear organization to support on time pickups. Pick product from the Geek Plus robotic picking solution at designated pick stations, following standard work and scan verification steps. Confirm picked quantities and item accuracy, escalating shortages, damages, or system exceptions promptly to support same day resolution when possible. Maintain pick station readiness by keeping totes, cartons, and supplies organized and by following established workflows for tote handling and order completion. Maintain the picking, processing, and shipping areas in neat and orderly conditions, ensuring supplies and equipment are kept in safe and efficient locations. Assume responsibility for workplace safety for self and co workers, exercising and promoting safe behaviors and showing unyielding support of safety programs, rules, and policies. Follow proper procedures in reporting accidents in accordance with company policy. Follow all posted safety rules related to robotics areas and picking stations and report any unsafe conditions immediately. Remain courteous and service minded while dealing with other employees, carriers, and customers. Maintain punctuality and regular and reliable attendance. Collaborate and communicate effectively with other team members to meet daily picking and shipping deadlines. Protect and maintain confidentiality of company trade secrets and other confidential or proprietary information including operations methods, customer information, and sales data. Complete projects and assignments on time, attend department meetings and training as requested. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Computer proficiency and comfort working in warehouse systems, including the Transportation Management System and picking station software. Commitment to accuracy, strong attention to detail, and ability to follow standard work and verification steps. Superior organizational and multitasking ability, with strong time management and ability to meet deadlines. Dependable work habits and ability to carry out a series of work instructions without constant supervision. Effective communication skills and ability to create a positive and productive working relationship with employees and customers. Effective problem solving skills and ability to escalate issues with clear information. Ability to learn and follow required safety procedures when working around robotic systems and automation equipment. Ability to lift, lower, and move packages up to 50 pounds as required for picking, packing, and staging shipments. Physical Requirements: Continuous standing. Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting in support of picking, packing, and staging shipments.
