In this vital position, you will operate a Class A Dry Van, managing routes primarily within a designated region, and support our operations by transporting hazardous and non-hazardous waste efficiently and safely. This role is perfect for dedicated individuals who seek to make an impact on environmental sustainability while advancing their career in transportation. Safely operate a Class A Dry Van truck on designated routes within the region. Inspect vehicle condition before and after trips, ensuring safe operability. Load and unload cargo, secure loads, and ensure timely deliveries. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. Document and log work/rest periods, retain fuel/toll receipts, and maintain accurate records as per company and regulatory requirements. Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams to report any incidents or discrepancies. Adhere to company policies and procedures to safeguard environmental and road safety. Proficient in operating a Class A Dry Van and related equipment. Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards. Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with regional routes. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, pulling, and managing bulky goods. Medical Insurance 401k Must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A. Completion of a certified truck driving school or equivalent training preferred. DOT Medical Card.
