(dedicated routes based in and operating around the Cincinnati
area) 10-4 Logistics USA is seeking Dedicated CDL-A drivers for
touch freight (hand unload) dry van routes offering consistent
weekly home time. Drivers will operate late-model tractors on
dedicated lanes, transporting primarily dry van freight that
requires manual unloading at customer sites. This opportunity
emphasizes predictable schedules, competitive pay, and
comprehensive benefits. Compensation: $1.39–$1.43 per mile;
estimated weekly pay $2,000–$2,200. Paid orientation. Schedule:
Dedicated routes with weekly home time; predictable schedules to
support work–life balance. Equipment: Late-model tractors and dry
van trailers; company-provided ELD and on-site management support.

responsibilities Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in
compliance with DOT regulations and company policies. Perform
manual (hand) unloading at customer sites, ensuring freight is
handled safely and professionally. Complete and maintain accurate
electronic logs (ELD), pre-trip/post-trip inspections, DVIRs, and
trip documentation. Communicate proactively and professionally with
dispatch and customers regarding schedules, delays, and delivery
status. Adhere to company safety procedures and participate in
required training and performance programs. Minimum qualifications
Valid Class A CDL. Satisfactory driving record demonstrating a
safety-first orientation. Ability to pass DOT physical and
pre-employment drug screen. Proficiency with electronic logging
devices (ELD) and basic trip documentation. Ability to perform
manual unloading and lift items as required by route duties. Why
