Insurance Discount Programs Responsibilities Position Summary: We
are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HVAC Warehouse Associate
to support daily operations at our Amelia, OH facility. This
position is responsible for a variety of warehouse functions,
including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing
orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The
ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced
environment and performing physical tasks throughout the day. Key
Responsibilities: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries
to verify accuracy and condition of items. Accurately pick, pack,
and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer. Stock materials
in designated areas and maintain organized inventory throughout the
warehouse. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
safely and efficiently, including frequent mounting and
dismounting. Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash,
sweeping, and organizing materials. Prepare shipping labels and
documentation for outbound orders. Ensure products are labeled and
stored according to company standards. Assist with cycle counts and
inventory audits as needed. Comply with all company safety policies
and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment.
Qualifications Qualifications: Previous warehouse, logistics, or
distribution experience preferred. Ability to lift, carry, and move
up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks including
bending, reaching, and standing for long periods. Forklift
certification is a plus Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable
with a strong attention to detail. Ability to follow verbal and
written instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to work in varying warehouse conditions (e.g., heat,
cold, noise).
