Corporate Analyst – Help Desk. We need someone to assist in
troubleshooting and supporting enterprise hardware, software, and
device management across corporate and retail environments.
Responsibilities: Troubleshoot Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS
hardware/software issues Image and deploy Mac and Windows
laptops/desktops Provide Active Directory 2nd-tier escalation
support Manage SCCM, Jamf, and AirWatch distribution systems
Support Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) Support Microsoft
InTune (Endpoint Manager) Manage incidents through Jira Service
Management Essentials: 1–3 years desktop support experience
Experience with PC/Mac support in distributed environments
Experience with SCCM, JAMF, SMS, Microsoft InTune (Endpoint
Manager) Active Directory support experience Experience with Jira
Service Management Desired: Experience supporting retail store
