Job Description Job Family: Software Development & Support Travel Required: Up to 50% Clearance Required: None What You Will Do: - Develop and maintain Celonis integrations, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines and data connectors, leveraging SQL, Python, and the Celonis Platform. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of data models and ETL solutions to integrate functional data into Celonis. - Build process intelligence solution views, analyses, and dashboards to enable actionable insights for clients. - Design and implement scalable data ingestion processes from ERP systems and third-party applications. - Ensure reliable and secure connections to source systems using technologies such as JDBC for database connectivity and Kafka for real-time data streaming. - Perform ETL operations, troubleshoot data connections, and validate large datasets for accuracy and performance. - Optimize Celonis data models and ETL processes for performance and scalability. - Design, develop, and implement audit processes to ensure data integrity from application platforms to Celonis. - Govern access rights for Celonis processes and maintain operational support for the Celonis production platform. - Collaborate with clients, Celonis teams, and third-party resources to align technical delivery with project goals. - Participate in workshops, demos, and client-facing sessions to showcase technical capabilities. - Facilitate and lead the establishment of governance and Process Intelligence best practices. - Provide ongoing support to business and technology teams to ensure continuous improvement. What You Will Need: ? - A minimum of 6 years overall experience, with at least 4 years hands-on in Celonis or process mining tools. - Strong understanding of process mining methodologies, process improvement frameworks, and business process management (BPM). - Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL (must-have), Python, and data modeling. - Expertise in ETL processes for data extraction and transformation. - Proven experience with Celonis features and capabilities, including data model optimization. - Ability to interpret complex data and deliver meaningful business insights. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong collaboration mindset. What Would Be Nice To Have: ? - Celonis Analyst and Data Engineer certifications. - Experience with streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka) for real-time data integration. - Proven experience with ERP systems and related databases. - Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and enterprise change initiatives. - Exposure to process automation best practices and governance frameworks. The annual salary range for this position is $135,000.00-$225,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
