Creative Technologist- Frontend Responsive Web Developer
 
Full-cycle web development and design of highly-functional web experiences for a wide range of users. This role combines concept work, design, prototyping, and modifications for original web sites.
 
The creative technologist is responsible for the creation of the UX design specification prototype. They are the main point of contact for how the prototype was created, standards, updates and how the prototype translates design specifications.
 
Key Skills
-Advanced HTML5 and CSS3 knowledge and experience
- Understanding of responsive web design best practices
- Write clean and semantic HTML markup
- Strong Javascript and/or jQuery - writing custom code, not just implementing jQuery plugins
- Ability to problem solve challenging front end UI challenges
- Collaborate with IT and User Experience team members to help craft solutions and prototype possible solutions
- Offer feedback and recommendations on designs and interactions, as it relates to the front-end development
 
Requirements
- 5 years front-end development experience
- Implemented at least 1 responsive site
- Portfolio or links to live sites as work examples
- Knowledge and understanding of Twitter Bootstrap, or similar framework is a plus
