The Software/Technical Support Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting and providing solutions/resolutions for any customer issues
This person MUST be comfortable working an "on-call" schedule as determined by the software team.

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a Software role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for troubleshooting
- Technical background including: SQL, C#, AWS/Azure
- Flexible personal schedule for on-callBonus:
  - Experience with WES/WMS/WCS
