Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained

Start Dates: ASAP through start dates of 2022
Outpatient Only
Patient Volume: 16-20 patients/day
SALARY RANGE: 200K+
BONUS AND INCENTIVES: 35K
MALPRACTICE INSURANCE COVERAGE: Occurrence based
CME: 5 days + 3k
VACATIONS: total PTO: 31 days
RELOCATION: 10K
