Roles & Responsibilities Provide safe, accurate dispensing of
prescriptions in a retail setting and ensure medication safety for
every patient Counsel patients on proper medication use, side
effects, and adherence in a clear, compassionate way Administer
vaccinations and maintain accurate immunization records
(vaccination certification required) Use the pharmacy system (RX30
experience a plus) to process prescriptions, manage refills, and
document patient interactions Oversee day-to-day pharmacy
operations including inventory controls and medication
storage/handling Collaborate with prescribers and healthcare team
members to resolve medication questions and optimize therapy
Maintain compliance with Ohio pharmacy laws, facility policies, and
accurate documentation practices Qualifications Active Ohio
Pharmacist license in good standing (required) Minimum 1 year of
current retail-based pharmacy experience (required) Vaccination
certification required at time of submission Familiarity with RX30
pharmacy system is a plus Strong communication, customer service,
and attention to detail Education Pharmacy degree (PharmD or
equivalent) required for licensure Knowledge & Skills Retail
pharmacy workflows and prescription processing Immunization
administration and proper documentation Patient counseling and
medication therapy management Experience with pharmacy management
systems (RX30 preferred) Understanding of regulatory compliance and
