weeks/n - Shift: 3 x 12-hour night shifts (19:00 - 07:30) – Night
Shift PCU RN/n - Hours per Week: 36/n - Estimated Weekly Pay:
$1940-$2040/week/n - Patient Ratio: 1:3 (PCU nurse / telemetry
nurse)/n - Float Requirement: May float to units of equivalent or
lower acuity within the organization/n - Weekend & Holiday
Coverage: Weekdays, some weekends, and rotating holidays required/n
/n/nQualifications & Requirements/n /n - Minimum 2 years of recent
PCU, telemetry, or progressive care experience required/n - Active
Registered Nurse (RN) license: compact or Ohio RN license in hand
at submission/n - Graduation from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited
nursing program/n - BLS and ACLS certifications required/n - EPIC
charting experience required (electronic medical record
proficiency)/n - Clinical skills: IV start, telemetry monitoring,
interpretation/management of dysrhythmias, IV insulin protocols,
titration of insulin drips, central and peripheral line
care/management, heparin protocols, management of cardiac drips (no
titration), high flow nasal cannula (HFNC)/n - Previous travel
nursing experience preferred (travel nurse jobs in Ohio)/n - Flu
vaccine required (medical exemptions only)/n - Two professional
references required (at least one from a manager/director or formal
leadership role)/n /n/nCore Responsibilities/n /n - Deliver
high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients across
cardiology, pulmonology, renal, hepatology, and adult cystic
fibrosis populations/n - Monitor and manage patients requiring
cardiac drips, heparin, insulin drips, high flow oxygen, and heated
high flow oxygen (HFNC)/n - Initiate IVs, manage central and
peripheral lines, and perform continuous telemetry monitoring and
dysrhythmia management/n - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory therapy,
radiology, pharmacy, and case management/n - Float to other units
within the organization as needed and provide safe, flexible
staffing support/n - Participate in rotating holiday and weekend
coverage as a dependable hospital RN/n - Maintain accurate, timely
documentation using EPIC and adhere to hospital policies and
