Job Description:
Kettering Health is seeking an OB/GYN physician to join our
women’s health team at our flagship campus in Dayton, Ohio. This is
a high-acuity hospital-emploted practice supported by Maternal
Fetal Medicine, a Level III NICU, and experienced support staff.
Physicians practice full-scope OB/GYN with modern resources and a
culture centered around physician collaboration. Both experienced
physicians and graduating residents are encouraged to apply.
Practice Highlights High-Acuity Obstetrics - Level III NICU with
in-house neonatology coverage provided by our partners, Dayton
Children's Hospital. - Maternal Fetal Medicine collaboration - 24/7
in-house anesthesia Surgical Environment - Dedicated OR block time
- DaVinci Xi robotic platforms - Partners who will scrub in next to
you for any case. Balanced Call Structure - 1:8 call rotation -
Shared equally among partners Practice Structure All deliveries are
at one location: Kettering Health Main Campus Four clinics,
including one inside the hospital, offer convenient access to Labor
& Delivery and the OR. Practice Support - 2 Apps - A dedicated MA
and RN - Dedicated surgery schedulers - In-office ultrasound -
In-clinic Lab In-office procedures include - NSTs - Colposcopy -
Endometrial ablation - LEEP Technology: Epic EMR Compensation &
Benefits - Guaranteed base salary with productivity incentives,
Quality Compensation, Additional on-call pay, Sign-on, and moving
expense payments. - 6 weeks PTO (31 days) 5 CME days with allowance
