Job Description An excellent opportunity is available for a
Hematology & Oncology Physician in Lima, Ohio. This role offers the
chance to provide comprehensive cancer and blood disorder care

and long-term patient support. Position Overview The Hematology &
Oncology Physician will diagnose and treat patients with blood
disorders and various types of cancer, developing individualized
treatment plans and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary
team. Key Responsibilities ? Diagnose and treat hematologic
disorders and malignancies ? Develop and manage chemotherapy and
immunotherapy treatment plans ? Monitor treatment outcomes and
patient progress ? Provide ongoing patient consultations and
follow-up care ? Coordinate multidisciplinary cancer care with
specialists and healthcare teams ? Educate patients and families
regarding treatment options and disease management ? Maintain
accurate clinical documentation and patient records Clinical Focus
The physician will manage a wide range of hematologic and oncologic
conditions including: ? Blood disorders and hematologic diseases ?
Solid tumors and malignancies ? Cancer treatment planning and
management ? Long-term oncology care and patient monitoring
Qualifications MD or DO Degree ? Board Certified or Board Eligible
in Hematology and/or Oncology Ohio Medical License or eligibility
to obtain one Strong commitment to patient-centered oncology care
