In your role, you will prepare surgical rooms, arrange equipment, and assist surgeons during procedures. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, robust knowledge of sterile procedures, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Prepare operating rooms for surgery, ensuring all necessary equipment is available and functioning properly Maintain sterile conditions: sterilize equipment, and ensure strict adherence to aseptic techniques Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and other sterile supplies Keep detailed logs of all surgical procedures to maintain compliance with industry standards and hospital policy Conduct inventory of surgical tools and supplies Participate in post-surgery debriefs and contribute to process improvements Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment Detail-oriented with a focus on patient safety Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
