Admissions Required: No Hospital Stroke Certified: Yes Patients Per
Shift: 6-7 Bed In Department: 20 Rounding: Both Practice Details:
Board Certification: Yes Fellowship: Required Minimum Board
Certification: Certified; Active licenses in OH required
Certifications Required: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS Certifications
Preferred: None Other Requirements: Only allow bids from providers
with active licenses in OH Schedule and Responsibilities: Weekend
Coverage: Every weekend starting 4/1, from 5pm Friday to 7am Monday
EPIC EMR Training: Full day before starting the first shift
Physician Requirements: BC or BE, active CAQH, clean NPDB, no
previous corrective action Shift Schedule: 24hr call plus 2-4 hours
of rounding each day Procedures: STEMI call coverage with some
rounding and consults Patients per Day: 6-7 with a couple of
consults from General Cardio per weekend Additional Information:
