As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in

This role requires a compassionate approach, clinical expertise,
and a commitment to ethical practice in therapy. Conduct
comprehensive assessments to evaluate mental health conditions and
establish treatment goals. Deliver individual and group therapy
sessions using evidence-based approaches tailored to client needs.
Utilize the SonderMind platform to manage caseloads, schedule
sessions, and maintain client records. Collaborate with healthcare
professionals to coordinate care and share insights that improve
patient outcomes. Engage in continuous professional development to
stay abreast of advancements in mental health practices. Promote
mental health awareness and contribute to the overall mission of
SonderMind to make behavioral health more accessible. Proficiency
in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, DBT, ACT.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong
organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
Competence in handling sensitive information confidentially.
Medical Insurance Required: Valid state-specific licensure as a
Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or equivalent.
Preferred: Certifications in specialized therapeutic methods (e.g.,
CBT, DBT).
