Columbus, OH COMPENSATION: Salary $140k $10k Bonus Our client is a
physician-led, mission-driven primary care organization dedicated

exceptional patient experience. To support continued growth, our
client is seeking high-caliber primary care physicians and clinical
leaders who are motivated by purpose, professional development, and
the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of
patients and communities. Role: Compensation: $140k Bonus: Up to
10k year 1 and goes up as a partner. 18 patients a day Hours:
Monday Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a 5:00p (last patient
is scheduled at 4:15) Work/Life Balance Small Patient Panel 450
patients max Administrative time included in schedule No nights or
weekends 100% outpatient Dedicated Care and support team (have your
own MA/Scheduler/ Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic
diseases Value Based Care Outpatient Benefits: Paid Time Off
