Job Description Job Description A reputable home care company is seeking an Home Care Physical Therapist for their Rehab Team. This PT will be working primarily adults patients within the home health setting. Mostly independent PT role so some experience preferred, especially within home care. Growing PT program with a cohesive team of OT's and SLP's. Competitive PPV compensation package available! Day Shift Flexible scheduling Territory in Cincinnati, Ohio Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist: The Physical Therapist facilitates development and rehabilitation of patients with mental, emotional, and physical disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed occupational therapy. Evaluates results of physical therapy by observing, noting, and evaluating patient's progress; recommending and implementing adjustments and modifications. Mobility to work in a typical clinical environment, stamina to remain standing or sitting for extended periods of time.
