As a PT STNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide compassionate and respectful care in accordance with facility policies and procedures. Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents. Support nursing staff with mobility and positioning of residents as needed. Document care services provided accurately and timely. Requirements Valid State of Ohio STNA certification. Ability to work flexible day and night shifts. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Basic knowledge of infection control and safety procedures.
