Over 30 specialties…Ortho to Cancer to FM to OB/gyn 300 bed hospital Benefits: 1.5 months paid time off in year 1 Paid for medical and dental Full retirement plan $240,000 - $250,000 base salary Plus up to $60K in RVU Bonuses - Earn $300,000 / year Student loan repayment Moving expenses paid for Sign On Bonus Outpatient practice-Inpatient optional Multiple practice opportunities in city and rural settings long term disability, 401K , CME allowance This Internal Medicine Physician role: Location: Lima, OH Primary Care Wonderful support team The Physician provides medical oversight, expertise, and leadership to ensure the delivery of the highest quality affordable care to their community Opportunities for exceptional growth and development The Physician will work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members Provide patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services consistent with a value-based care model. Conduct regular health assessments, diagnose and treat common illnesses, and manage chronic conditions. Actively participate in practice quality improvement programs and evaluate practice performance metrics. Very Flexible schedule options! (3x12 hour shifts or 4-10s or 5-8s) 2 patients per hour seen Working in a team of 4-8 other providers About the area: Quaint small town of 45,000 people, excellent restaurants, a symphony orchestra, great live music.
