Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Columbus, OH Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,201 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 16 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Columbus, Ohio, 43210! Job Opportunity – Medical Surgical Oncology RN – Ohio Start Date: March 9, 2026 Location: Columbus, Ohio Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Day/Night or Night only; self-scheduling with weekend coverage based on unit needs Highlights: Medical Surgical Oncology unit specializing in adult and geriatric patients with various cancer diagnoses including breast, lung, pancreatic, and colon cancers 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio with 72 hours of orientation 36-bed unit with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, physical therapy, and rapid response teams Cardiac monitoring for chemotherapy administration, symptom management, and treatment of comorbidities Epic EMR system required; oncology experience preferred but not required Previous travel experience preferred; may be required to float to other Medical Surgical Oncology units of equivalent or lower acuity Requirements: Minimum 2 years of RN experience required, with at least 1 year of current specialty experience Valid RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission) BLS certification required Epic charting system experience required Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only) Skills required: interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, accessing ports, arterial line management, blood product administration, central line and PICC line care/management, IV starts, chest tube assistance, high flow nasal cannula, ABG interpretation, BiPAP/CPAP management, and tracheostomy care Two professional references required (at least one from a manager/director or formal leadership position) Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on patients and families facing cancer diagnoses while working in a supportive, team-based environment.
