Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 36
hours per week, rotating day and night shifts; up to 6 weekend
shifts per 4-week schedule period (Saturday/Sunday for day shift,
Friday/Saturday for night shift); rotating holidays; no call
required Highlights: Patient ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 in a specialized
Cardiovascular ICU environment Advanced cardiac procedures
including ECMO, IABP, Impella, VAD, TAVR, and post-cardiac surgery
care Epic charting system with comprehensive interdisciplinary
support including RT, PT, pharmacy, and rapid response teams Float
requirements limited to once every 4 weeks maximum to units of
equivalent or lower acuity 36-hour orientation period to ensure
successful onboarding Opportunity to work with complex cardiac,
vascular, and thoracic ICU patients including transplant and
structural repair cases Requirements: 2 years of Cardiac ICU
experience preferred Current BLS and ACLS certifications required;
NIHSS preferred Epic EMR experience required Previous travel
experience preferred Valid RN license (Compact or Ohio state
license in hand at time of submission) Nursing education from ACEN
or CCNE accredited program Required skills: IV start, telemetry
monitoring, ventilator management, Swan-Ganz/PA lines, conscious
sedation, balloon pumps Experience with hemodynamic monitoring,
temporary pacemakers, and chest tubes (critical requirements) Two
professional references required (at least one from
manager/director or formal leadership) Flu vaccine required
(medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required Why It's a

ECMO patients, and those requiring advanced mechanical support.

advanced cardiac interventions. The manageable patient ratios and
structured float policy ensure you can deliver exceptional care
while maintaining work-life balance. Important Compliance
Information: Candidates must be aware of urgent Ohio fingerprinting
requirements. Fingerprints must be completed immediately upon
contract signing, with a strict compliance deadline of the Tuesday
prior to start date. Candidates within driving distance of Ohio
will need to travel to an in-state fingerprinting location as soon
as possible after booking. Former employees must have been away
from the facility for 6 months or more to be eligible. Pre-approved
