This role offers the opportunity to work in diverse settings, including nursing homes, rehab centers, and long-term care facilities, providing crucial support to physical therapists and ensuring the highest level of patient care. Ideal candidates will thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to health improvement outcomes. Assist physical therapists in the implementation of treatment plans. Perform therapeutic interventions as directed by the supervising physical therapist. Document patient progress and any changes in treatment plans. Educate patients and their families about treatment and maintenance techniques. Maintain communication with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care. Adhere to all facility and safety policies and procedures. Proficient in using physical therapy equipment and techniques Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work flexibly across multiple settings Strong observational and analytical skills 401k Valid Physical Therapist Assistant state license. CPR certification recommended.
