Position: Orthodontist We are currently looking for an Orthodontist to become part of our expanding team. Support our mission of delivering outstanding dental care to the community and assist us in creating more smiles and unforgettable experiences for both children and adults. Participate in morning meetings (feel free to lead one!), organize your day, express appreciation to your team, and highlight exemplary customer service, teamwork, and goal achievements. Enjoy working with children, who represent over 70% of our patient demographic. Responsibilities As an Orthodontist, you will provide orthodontic services to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice is equipped with: DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex units Fiber-optic handpieces Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training A support team consisting of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider A patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% being adults (varies by location) An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors Qualifications We expect you to possess: A DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation A certificate of completion from an accredited post-graduate Orthodontic residency program A current, valid dental license in the states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure Any additional certifications as required, such as CPR Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults What We Offer This opportunity includes: Opportunities for growth and development through mentoring and collaboration Attractive sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance for all full-time positions Support for student loan repayment Compensation and Benefits We provide: A guaranteed base salary exceeding $350K with unlimited bonus potential A sign-on bonus No lab fees Eligibility for full-time providers to participate in Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans, as well as HSA/FSA options Company-paid Short Term and Long Term Disability, along with Basic Life Insurance plans A 401(k) Retirement Plan with company matching Company-covered malpractice insurance Paid holidays and time off Reimbursement for continuing education Continuing education opportunities through an ADA Accredited Continuing Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P) Reimbursements for relevant licenses, certifications, and professional dues, including ADA and/or AAPD memberships Flexible scheduling options to support a healthy work/life balance Visa and Green Card sponsorship available Our Values We prioritize teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.
