Position Overview: Location: Our Facility Role: Registered Respiratory Therapist *Consideration for Certified Respiratory Therapists is available* Schedule: Full-Time Nights - 36 hours per week Incentive: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Offered Position Summary: This role involves delivering comprehensive respiratory care to patients as per physician directives. You will collaborate with physicians to assess the effectiveness of therapies and serve as a knowledgeable resource for both medical staff and nursing teams regarding respiratory care. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed. Qualifications: Education: Completion of a CoArc accredited Respiratory Care program. Licensure: Must fulfill state licensing criteria and possess a valid Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license. Certifications: Must hold the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). For those working in the Emergency Room, PALS certification is required. Physical Requirements: Ability to push, pull, and grip weights up to 50 lbs, pinch up to 10 lbs, and perform minimal kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Equipment: Proficient use of all relevant respiratory care equipment. Preferred Education: Acute Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Preferred Experience: Experience in critical care settings is advantageous. Why Join Us?
