Overview: Utilizes the nursing process to deliver exceptional
patient care. Holds professional accountability for the care
provided to assigned patients. Assesses the overall effectiveness
of care delivered by other direct caregivers. Collaborates with

Nurse Residency Program Full-time & Part-time | Day-shift &
Night-shift Our Medical-Surgical Nurse Residency Program is
designed to assist both new graduates and experienced nurses in
enhancing their critical thinking, communication, and clinical
skills through practical experience and mentorship. You will
receive guidance from Advanced Nurse Clinicians and leaders who are
committed to supporting your development both in the classroom and
at the bedside. Begin your career with confidence! Department
Options: Observation Tele Med-Surg Neuroscience Neurosurgical
Oncology Orthopedics Trauma Surgical Incentives: ? No Contract

from day one ? Shift Differential Pay: Days, Nights, Weekends ?
Stay Pay Program - $2/hr on productive time (24/7 bedside eligible
position) at your 2, 5, 10, and 20 year anniversary (up to $8/hr) ?
LPN to RN Bridge Program Assistance ? RN to BSN Bridge Program (up
to $16,000) ? Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 annually for
continuing education ? PTO begins accruing immediately - including
a volunteer day! RN Qualifications: Required Education: Nursing
Degree from an accredited institution; BSN preferred License: Must
possess a current RN Temporary Permit or RN license in the State of
Missouri Certifications: Basic Life Support (CPR) certification
