Job Description:
This role serves as a team leader, clinical resource, role
model, coach, and facilitator for staff and department operations,
with authority to resolve routine issues and foster a positive,
fiscally responsible work environment. Responsibilities include
leading patient care, assessing and evaluating outcomes, and
mobilizing the care team to achieve optimal results. Provides staff
development, coaching, performance evaluations, and collaborates on
staffing and budgeting. Ensures compliance with regulatory
standards and maintains effective communication within the team.
Requires RN licensure, BSN preferred, with clinical and leadership
experience, and proficiency in electronic medical records.
Additional certifications like CPR, ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be
needed. The position is full-time, day shift, based in the
Obstetrics & Gynecology department.
