Job Description:
We Own It! is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse RN/LPN to join
our team in providing high-quality senior care.
Administers and documents medication, treatments, and procedures
per physician orders and resident care plans.
Performs routine rounds to ensure residents are safe, comfortable,
and receiving appropriate care.
Supervises, assigns, and assists direct care staff with nursing
activities.
Qualifications include current RN or LPN registration, strong
communication skills, sound nursing judgment, and leadership
abilities.
