Job Description:
The Registered Nurse leads a team to deliver holistic,
resident-centered clinical care and support in daily activities,
guided by servant leadership and regulatory standards.
Assesses residents regularly to identify health needs and changes
in condition.
Incorporates resident preferences into individualized care
plans.
Leads the interdisciplinary team in creating and implementing
comprehensive care strategies.
Delegates tasks based on licensure and expertise, supervises care
delivery, and evaluates outcomes.
Provides coaching and counseling to staff on performance
issues.
Ensures accurate documentation of care.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include an active RN license in Massachusetts, CPR,
IV certification, and knowledge of nursing standards and
regulations.
