Job Description:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed to provide direct and
indirect nursing care in accordance with physician orders and
resident care plans.
Perform resident assessments on admission, monitor ongoing health
status, and document findings electronically.
Update care plans and communicate changes to staff.
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as
prescribed.
Respond to resident and family concerns, documenting actions
taken.
Conduct routine rounds to ensure residents' safety and comfort,
assisting with activities of daily living.
Supervise and assist direct care staff with nursing activities.
Requirements include current LPN licensure, CPR certification or
willingness to obtain, strong communication skills, ability to
prioritize, leadership qualities, and basic computer skills.
Interest in geriatric care preferred.
