- Experienced analyst to provide insight into payment performance
for our key stakeholders.
- Analyze, interpret and help explain payment related data trends
to our stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for enhancement and drive delivery of
those improvements within Worldpay
- Research and triage high priority issues that evolve from data
analysis and merchant feedback
- Define requirements for key features to be delivered on product
roadmap and own them to completion
- Understand the payment flow with the ability to identify
opportunities for improvement
- Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product's
lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the
product or product line. What You Will Need
- Excellent analytical skills with emphasis on investigation and
research
- Prior experience in payments industry preferred
- 2 years' experience in Product Management
- Experience with SQL and data tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a
customer service emphasis
- Strong organization and time management skills; ability to meet
deadlines
- Open to learn and adapt to ongoing changes and new processesFIS

full-time position is $87,430.00 - $146,880.00 and reflects the
minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position
based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range,
actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors,
including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or
training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual
individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about
