currently seeking candidates for a Structural Welder role in
Marion, OH. Our client is a well-established industry leader known

their manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities: · Perform
high-quality welding operations in accordance with AWS D1.1
structural welding standards . · Set up, operate, and maintain
welding equipment (MIG, flux core, and stick welding as required).
· Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols to
ensure accurate fabrication and assembly. · Fit and tack components
in preparation for final welds while maintaining tight tolerances.
· Conduct visual inspections and measurements to verify weld
quality and dimensional accuracy. · Follow established safety
procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. · Collaborate
with fabrication and quality teams to resolve any production or
quality issues. · Report equipment malfunctions, material
shortages, or process deviations to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications: · AWS D1.1 Certification – MANDATORY . · Proven
experience in MIG and flux core welding (dual shield preferred). ·
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and weld symbols
accurately. · Strong attention to detail and commitment to
precision workmanship. · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for
extended periods. · Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work
well within a team environment. · High school diploma or equivalent
