Job Description Job Description Responsible for performing all outside repair/maintenance work in a thorough and accurate manner by performing the following duties. Services and installs all equipment according to an established service schedule, company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location. Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as needed Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy, and submits on a daily basis. Coordinate daily with Mobil Service Manager. Turn in detailed paperwork daily, including part numbers, vin numbers and before and after pictures of the repair. Works closely with management to ensure timely scheduling of installations, repairs and service work. Maintains a clean service vehicle at all times. Performs preventive maintenance and maintains a vehicle logbook on service/repairs done on a routine basis. Keeps vehicle stocked with a sufficient supply of parts and tools. Builds and maintains customer relations in field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image. Performs other related duties as assigned. This position is M-F 8am-5pm and possible weekends as needed Skills: Oral Communication Skills Written Communication Skills Customer Service Mechanical Aptitude Math Aptitude Reading Skills Time Management Education/Experience: Prior work related experience required. Qualifications : Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
