keep exceeding customer expectations. You’ll play a vital role in
ensuring the reliability of aviation repair and maintenance through
training and preparation. What you’ll do: Set up and operate EDM
machines (Wire EDM, Sinker EDM, Hole Drill EDM) to perform
precision machining. Interpret blueprints, sketches, and
engineering specifications to determine machining operations. Use
measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and optical
comparators to inspect work and ensure accuracy. Monitor machine
operations and adjust settings as needed to maintain
specifications. Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of EDM
equipment and work area. Work with engineering and quality teams to
troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Maintain detailed
records of production, maintenance, and quality checks. Follow all
safety protocols and company policies. Requirements: High school
diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational
training preferred. Minimum of 2-5 years experience as an EDM
machinist in a manufacturing environment. Proficient in reading
technical drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
(GD&T). Strong knowledge of EDM processes and machine
programming (FANUC, Mitsubishi, Sodick, etc.). Familiarity with CNC
programming and CAD/CAM software is a plus. Excellent attention to
detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills. Ability to
work independently and in a team environment. Must be authorized to
