Snowplow Driver – Columbus, OH ProScape Lawn & Landscape Services
is a regional leader with over 20 years in commercial landscaping.
We are hiring Seasonal Snowplow Drivers to support our winter
operations. Pay & Incentives: Base pay from $20/hr. Snow premiums:
$2/hr. for shoveling PLUS 25% snow bonus paid @ the end of snow

opportunities What You'll Do: Plow, salt, and/or shovel snow Mow
commercial properties. Manage a crew. Drive truck and trailer.
Oversee jobsite and scope of work. Maintain quality and safety in
all work Communicate with dispatch during weather events Work
on-call during winter storms (nights/weekends as needed) What We're
Looking For: Experience operating a plow truck Ability to work in
extreme temperatures Reliable work ethic and urgency Strong
communication Detail oriented and adaptable Spanish bilingual
skills valued Job Type: Fulltime Hours: approx. 40 hrs. (weather
