Looking For: At least 1 year of maintenance experience
(apartment/community preferred) HVAC expertise is a plus (EPA
certification welcome) High school diploma or equivalent Valid
driver’s license preferred Flexibility for on-call responsibilities
(rotating evenings/weekends) Physical Requirements: Lift/carry up
to 50lbs regularly; occasionally 100lbs with assistance Frequent
standing, walking, bending, and ladder climbing Comfort working in
