POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a Residential Service Technician with a minimum of 5 years experience working with residential boilers. The HVAC Service Technician performs maintenance and service repairs on refrigeration and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems in a residential setting. QUALIFICATIONS: 5 years experience in Residential HVAC boiler service required Universal EPA Certification required Motivated self-starter Excellent communication skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Clean background check RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete maintenance calls on various type of HVAC equipment. Read electrical and refrigerant schematics to assist with the diagnosis of issues. Replace various parts on a system to get the unit running for the customer. Performs special or complicated service activities with minimal assistance. Communicate issues with the customer and provide solutions to customer including pricing. Communicate with the office staff the correct timeframes needed to complete repairs. Maintain sufficient tools to complete various repairs. Be a team player and take the initiative to help out other Service Technicians. Full time employee, will be scheduled 40 hours per week. Overtime required based on business needs. Adheres to all safety policies.
