A day in your life at Watkins: Run residential service calls (occasional light commercial). Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems no upsell pressure Chat with homeowners, explain whats wrong in plain English Team up with dispatch & parts so youre never stranded on a job Youll fit right in if you Have 2years of HVAC service experience (or solid install background) Hold an EPA TypeII or Universal cert. Nate preferred but not required. A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Passionate about delivering outstanding service and exceeding customer expectations. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Eager to learn and grow in the HVAC industry. Like solving problems and helping people stay comfortable.
