us! This job is responsible for managing and leading a team of
Practice Solutions Relationship Account Officers accountable for
selling financial products to healthcare professionals. Key
responsibilities include to reviewing active portfolios of clients
to drive business and credit opportunities, and assisting team
members with escalating issues. Job expectations include
understanding of Practice Solutions products and credit acumen,
ability to work with internal and external partners/leaders, and
coaching associates. Responsibilities: • Drives operational
excellence and business strategy with an in depth knowledge of
credit analysis, credit products, risk assessment, and structuring
• Manages credit escalations, credit deal reviews and negotiation,
spread analysis, and appeals throughout credit continuum •
Demonstrates examples of improving specific businesses financial
outcomes by interpreting financial statements, mitigants,
recognizing specific levers for success, and providing credit
expertise and influence • Partners with support teams
(underwriting, fulfillment, project consultants, etc.) to drive
business through the loan process Managerial Responsibilities: This
position may also have responsibilities for managing associates. At
