We provide an array of rehabilitative and nursing services to all of Greater Cincinnati's senior populationDirector of Food ServicesBASIC FUNCTIONTo plan, organize develop and direct day to day operations of the dietary department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility. Assure quality nutrition services are provided daily.NATURE AND SCOPE OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSPolicies and Procedures:Responsible for maintaining, implementing, reviewing, developing and revising dietary policies and procedures.Dietary Staff:Responsible for recruiting and hiring sufficient dietary personnel to carry out the functions of the dietary service.
