St. Leonard features independent living, assisted living, dementia care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, and adult day care as well as a community wellness center that encompasses a fitness center, and restaurant.Full-time, Part-time, or PRN. 12-hour shifts for full-time and 6-hour shifts for part-time.St. Leonard is located in Centerville. Delivery of quality nursing care is assured through utilization of the nursing process. The goal of resident care shall be toward restoring and maintaining each residents capabilities at their maximum mental and physical level.Requirements:Associates Degree from an accredited School of Nursing.Registered Nurse currently licensed in the state of Ohio.Experience: Long-term care experience preferred.
